I just bought a 2012 QX56 last week with a little over 140,000 miles. I had no idea that this was an issue since I have a 2011 FX50S that has just been pretty solid for the last 10k miles and now has 143,XXX miles on it. The lady I bought it off of said it was a really good SUV for her but she just wanted to downsize but now thinking she probably had issues with this since she is the second owner as she bought it when it had 80,XXX miles. I love the QX56 and Armada but I am very concerned with this issue and need to find a good mechanic.

I just changed my RWD 06 M35 transmission and discovered it has RAS . This explains why the light showed up on the dash when I was slipping all over the place in a snow storm a few years ago

The Bronze Chrome is one of my favorites and I worry being too dark. My other two options are the slightly brighter and more copper like Highland Bronze, and the golden sand looking Arizona Beige II. 👏👏👏

Quick question I just jumped my M35 that’s been sitting for a few months. I was able to reset the one touch windows, but after one press of my sunroof , it started to retract and then stopped never to move again. I know the motor can be burned out in a mere 2 second press

When your in manual mode, your supposed to shift the gears yourself lol next time when your in manual mode and braking hard try downshifting 2 to 3 gears yourself. The reason I love Infiniti so much is because of this feature in manual mode.

I bought a PCV valve from Rock Auto. It was defective and could have ruined the engine if I didn't know how to test it before installing it. Buy local, if you can, to test the valve at the store.

I gave your video a thumbs up, but good God man, you recommend a small screwdriver, then you fight with it using your thumbnail. Aside from that though, thank you from all of us for the vid. Also, I suggest spraying connectors with WD or silicone spray to make dry and stuck connectors disconnect more easily. It's better than breaking them.

I have a 2004 Toyota Corolla. The upper transmission cooler line and fitting broke off the radiator (I don't know why) with trans fluid and coolant leaking all over. Engine coolant is now leaking from the hole that has been created by the fitting breaking off. I want to know if engine coolant has gotten into my transmission

I got an easier fix. Get some acetone, it's a natural byproduct of vegetable degradation. I used 2 quarts. Get a shop vac and stuff it in the tail pipe. Seal it with some rags to make sure no air comes from anywhere else but the exhaust system. Take out the upstream o2 sensor. In the port where the sensor goes put in a hose that will fit [12 mm OD might work]. In the other end of the hose, put in a bucket of acetone. 1 quart is all you need but I'd do a second pass just in case. Turn the shop vac on. The acetone will get sucked in. Turn off the shop vac and wait for 15 to 30 minutes so that the acetone has time to dissolve the oily coating in your catalytic converter. Then turn the vacuum on again. Your exhaust pipes will get cold. When they warm up to room temperature, that means all the acetone is gone. It takes about 2 hours. Since the O2 sensor is out, might as well clean it. Dip the tip of the O2 sensor in a cup of acetone. You should see some carbon bits come off. Then put it all back together. [Don't leave the acetone in there over night since it might eat through the gasket seals. In mine it reconditioned them so that any gasket leaks were resealed. I didn't worry about silicone poisoning on the cat because the gasket on mine is after the cat. The connection before the cat is a graphite O-ring and some kind of fiberglass mating surface. That end is connected by nuts and bolts on springs so apparently it is supposed to open up a crack if exhaust pressures are too high; usually when the catalytic converter is clogged.] Don't start the engine until you are sure that the pipes are clear of acetone and the garage is well ventilated of any fumes. A little acetone might cause a backfire but a lot of acetone would bring the fire department over.

If i could never ever purchase another vehicle with a sun roof / moon roof, I never would. EVERY sunroof I've had, eventually leaked.
